Why is my dog so tired 1 to 3 days after their adventure?

Running, jumping, and playing with other dogs is something that we as humans, no matter how hard we try, cannot give our dog. It is very common for your dog to be tired and maybe a little sore up to 3 days after their adventure. Over time your dog will increase their conditioning and fitness level.

Where does fitness come in?

Due to our busy work schedules many dogs do not receive their needed exercise. Because of this, many dogs become lethargic, bored, and often overweight. Each adventure stresses physical activity. During your dogs adventure they are encouraged to run, swim, hike, and play with other dogs.
